Process

  • Please fill out the Commission Form, I will be notified and contact you to discuss about commissioned art

  • You must describe what I need to portray, this is the character's appearance, what mood the character is in, the environment if any, the action scene if any and other details I need to pay attention to. And also attach references, it can be screenshots from games, artwork of your character, pinterest photos, etc.

  • After a discussion about commissioned art, I will assess the complexity and scope of the artwork. I set a deadline and price for completion

  • If you agree, I send an invoice to your email for payment. If this is your first time commissioning me, I need to add you to my client base on the Easy platform. I send you an invitation from Easy to your email (more details can be found in the payment instructions, they are above under "Payment Information").

  • After you pay, I get to work.

  • I first send you a few rough sketches for a composition statement or what the character will look like roughly

  • Then I start to choose a palette and you then approve your favorite variant.

  • After that, I proceed with the complete painting

  • After completion, you approve the result of the commissioned art and I send to your email, the file in high resolution(300dpi) in PNG format(if you want another format let me know)

  • I send finished artwork in high resolution only if the commissioned art is paid in full

  • Also, when I will show the progress of the work, you can make adjustments, three free adjustments are available to you. It will cost $30 for an additional adjustment.

  • The turnaround time takes one week to six weeks depending on the volume and complexity of the tasks

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

GENERAL
- I reserve the right to change the price and condition of service, but the change does not apply to orders that were paid for prior to the change
- I reserve the right to terminate a commission due to poor communication, rude or inappropriate behavior, or violation of the terms of service
- When a client commissions me, they automatically agree to the condition of service
- All payments are final and non-refundableCOPYRIGHTS & USAGE
- I retain the copyright to the commissioned art and the sketches that are attached to the commissioned art
- I reserve the right to publish commissions and unfinished sketches(WIPs) to social media and portfolios
- I do not claim the client's intellectual property rights, such as original character, character design, story and setting
- Client is prohibited from selling commissioned art or using commissioned art in a commercial project without a commercial use license
- The client can only publish the commissioned art if they specify the author of the art, i.e. me (korraiko).
- The client may not use the commissioned art in online and offline competitions
- Client is not allowed to sell commissioned art in NFT auctions and other NFT platforms
